MagnaPharm and GE Healthcare have entered into a Distribution and Promotion Agreement of GE Healthcare contrast media portfolio in the territory of Hungary. GE Healthcare's contrast media products are leading products in this category in Hungary, maintaining strong positions with quality products and through continuous innovations and technological breakthroughs. GE Healthcare's products are perceived as the standard of care in a range of procedures and indications in x-ray imaging, computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging. MagnaPharm is one of leading players in both, Rx and OTC segments of pharmaceutical market in CEE and offers an excellent platform to grow the GE Healthcare contrast media portfolio. The total imaging media market in Hungary is estimated at EUR 15 million annually.
